With this new release, on-premises customers will also enjoy new e-invoice processing functions and an integration with Power BI. In addition, it includes updates within the configurations and some helpful updates for users.
Highlight: E-Invoice Processing
- The contents of e-invoices, particularly invoice line items, can now be automatically transferred to index tables, where they are available for further invoice processing and review.
- E-invoice attachments, which are common in most electronic invoice formats, are now displayed in the viewer.
Highlight: Integration with Power BI
- The new Power BI connector allows data to be used directly from the DocuWare archives for comprehensive analyses in Microsoft Power BI.
Helpful for users:
- The fulltext search now includes content from comments and stamps.
- Hyperlinks as index terms can now be clicked directly from within the list of results. This is especially useful if, for example, you store a link to the corresponding entry in your accounting program for each invoice in your archive.
- Connect to Teams: Notifications about DocuWare workflows right in Microsoft Teams
