What's included in a Startup Package?

A DocuWare Partner receive a Startup Package at the price stated in the current partner price list upon a countersigned contract. It includes a DocuWare system for in-house use and for test and demonstration purposes (including support hotline services, support hotline and all upgrades/updates) as well as a starter set of marketing materials. Furthermore, training measures to obtain required certificates as well as recertification trainings are included.

What is the Partner discount based on?

The Partner receives a discount on the recommended sales prices for all DocuWare software products as well as maintenance and support subscriptions. The margin is based on the sales volume and the cancellation rate.

Is there a minimum term of the Partner contract?

The minimum term of a Partner contract is twelve months. The contract then runs for an indefinite period and can be terminated by either party with three months' notice to the end of the calendar year.

Who provides professional services?

To ensure maximum customer satisfaction, the Partner is required to use DocuWare’s professional services team for their first three implementations with the Partner’s DocuWare System Consultant (DSC) assisting.

After that, the Partner should have a good understanding to provide their own professional services.

Yes, we list our qualified Partners with silver, gold and platinum status on our website so that prospects can easily find a competent sales Partner in their area.
