Quality & Satisfaction

LogoQualiopi-300dpi-With ActionsDocuWare is constantly working to improve quality, especially in the area of training. For the second time, DocuWare has been successfully certified by Qualiopi. This certification, which is mandatory for training providers in France, officially confirms the quality of our training and our improvement process in relation to our commitments and values.

Our trainers

Our trainers from the Professional Services team are real DocuWare experts. With extensive project experience and hands-on industry know-how, they provide practical, easy-to-understand training that empowers administrators to work quickly and confidently with DocuWare.

Benefit from proven best practices and personalized guidance—so you get the most out of every training session.

Satisfaction

After each course, we ask participants to complete a feedback questionnaire. This not only provides us with the well-known Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), but also gives us insight into satisfaction with more specific aspects of the training (course content, course design, instructors, strengths and weaknesses, etc.).

In this way, you help us to continuously improve our training concept.

In addition, an annual review is carried out in which all feedback question ratings and comments, especially the comments on weaknesses, are analysed in detail and measures are taken to improve the individual areas.

This provides us with an ideal medium for analysing feedback, especially the recommendation rate (CSAT).
