The DocuWare Academy makes you a pro at working with DocuWare products. In our technical training course, we teach theoretical approaches to using DocuWare while providing plenty of practical exercises to give you the opportunity to directly apply your knowledge.
Our administrator training course provide in-depth knowledge for configuring and using DocuWare and its most frequently used modules. You’ll learn the basics of the system and key configurations. Handy exercises and best practice examples provide further reinforcement. (Terms of participation)
Before the classroom training begins, you will be given access to the Academy's Learning platform LMS and should complete the e-learning modules that have been activated as an introduction to the course content. This will take approximately 80 minutes in total.

In this 1-day workshop you can deepen your knowledge from the Level 1 training with your DocuWare system set up there for the example company Peters Engineering (PE) through further exercises.

Get the know-how to configure and use DocuWare along with our most frequently used modules. You’ll learn system basics as well as the most important configuration modules, plus deepen your skills through exercises / best practice examples.
The course is aimed at customer system administrators who are responsible for setting up, operating and supporting DocuWare systems.
The training is based on a teaching method that requires your active participation. Alternating between theory and practical exercises based on everyday office scenarios, you will be able to set up your own DocuWare system live for the sample company Peters Engineering (PE). At the end of the course, you can continue to use this DocuWare system, for example, to try out and test the configuration of your own scenarios before setting them up on the live system in your company.
Each course day starts at 09:00 a.m. and ends around 04:00 p.m.
It includes a lunch break of 45-60 minutes and 2 coffee breaks of about 15 minutes. The exact schedule for the day depends on the active participation of all attendees and can be adjusted if necessary in consultation between the group and the trainer.
All of our training is delivered virtually in the form of online webinars.
After the training, you can take a self-test with questions about the training content to assess your newly acquired knowledge. If you wish, you can also submit your configured DocuWare system for a functionality test.
With targeted training, we impart extensive knowledge and help our customers make the most efficient use of their application. We show them how to generate high added value for their company with the solution.

Satisfaction
After each course, we ask participants to complete a feedback questionnaire. This not only provides us with the well-known Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), but also gives us insight into satisfaction with more specific aspects of the training (course content, course design, instructors, strengths and weaknesses, etc.).
In this way, you help us to continuously improve our training concept.
In addition, an annual review is carried out in which all feedback question ratings and comments, especially the comments on weaknesses, are analysed in detail and measures are taken to improve the individual areas.
This provides us with an ideal medium for analysing feedback, especially the recommendation rate (CSAT).
