The DocuWare Academy makes you a pro at working with DocuWare products. In our technical training course, we teach theoretical approaches to using DocuWare while providing plenty of practical exercises to give you the opportunity to directly apply your knowledge.

Administrator Trainings

Our administrator training course provide in-depth knowledge for configuring and using DocuWare and its most frequently used modules. You’ll learn the basics of the system and key configurations. Handy exercises and best practice examples provide further reinforcement. (Terms of participation)

In our three-day Administrator Training, you'll learn how to set up a DocuWare system from scratch. Using examples and practical exercises, we will show you how to set up and use the most frequently used modules.

  • File cabinets and trays: the basics of a DocuWare system
  • User administration: planning and configuring authorizations and assigning roles
  • Simplified filing with select lists: Bring order and consistency to your data
  • Email archiving with Connect to Outlook
  • Automatic and smart filing with DocuWare Printer, DocuWare Import and Intelligent Indexing
  • Integrated search with Smart Connect
  • Data entry via individually definable Web forms with DocuWare Forms
  • Controlling and automating processes with Task Manager and Workflow Designer
Goal

Get the know-how to configure and use DocuWare along with our most frequently used modules. You’ll learn system basics as well as the most important configuration modules, plus deepen your skills through exercises / best practice examples.

Target group

The course is aimed at customer system administrators who are responsible for setting up, operating and supporting DocuWare systems.

Duration of the training

It is recommended that you complete the self-study material before beginning the classroom training. This serves as an introduction to the course content and consists of 10 e-learning sessions with a total duration of approximately 80 minutes.

The 3-day course lasts daily from 09:00 to 18:00. Each day there is a 60-minute lunch break and 2 coffee breaks of about 15 minutes. The exact schedule for each day depends on the active participation of the participants and may be adjusted if necessary.

Location

At DocuWare, the health of our customers, partners and employees is our top priority. Therefore, all trainings are currently held online in the form of webinars.

Learning objectives check

After the training, participants can work on questions related to the training content to test their new knowledge.

DocuWare is continuously working on improving its quality processes, especially in the area of training. In France, DocuWare has already been listed on Datadock since 2020 and we are currently in the process of the Qualiopi certification, which is mandatory for training providers in France; it officially confirms the quality of our training, as well as our improvement process in relation to our commitments and values.

Our trainers

DocuWare's trainers are selected for their diverse skills and the team has a wide range of professional backgrounds and experience (educators, programmers, consultants, sales or support engineers, etc.).

They all have extensive practical experience and up-to-date expertise in their fields. Our pedagogical team does its utmost to respond precisely to your problems and to constantly improve its methods and pedagogical content.

Satisfaction

After each training, participants are asked to answer a questionnaire to assess their satisfaction with various aspects of the training (course content, course concept, trainers, strengths and weaknesses, etc.). 

This provides us with an ideal medium for analysing feedback, especially the recommendation rate (NPS).

Satisfaction with customer training: 98% of customers recommend DocuWare's training courses (figures calculated for the period 2018 -2021 ).

In addition, an annual review is carried out in which all feedback question ratings and comments, especially the comments on weaknesses, are analysed in detail and measures are taken to improve the individual areas.
