The following is required to participate in our customer training courses:
To be successful in the Administrator training, you should be familiar with basic IT requirements (software installation, general application management, databases). Ideally, you should have several years of experience with IIS infrastructure, firewall and proxy, SQL, arithmetic expressions.
Please note that the DocuWare VM PE, which you will be actively using in the training course, is provided and supported exclusively for virtualization with Hyper-V. This is usually included free of charge with Windows and will need to be activated. To use the VM, Microsoft also requires a personal Microsoft 365 license.

We ask you to cancel up to 10 days before the start of the training. If you cancel later, we will charge you a fee of 50% of the course cost. If you do not show up for the course without prior cancellation, we will charge you a fee equal to 100% of the course cost. The cancellation fee is also 100% if DocuWare Training Center cancels a person's attendance because they do not meet the prerequisites.
The minimum number of participants for each training course is 6. For this reason, DocuWare Training Center may postpone or cancel the training date up to 10 days prior to the training. DocuWare GmbH does not assume any liability for this.
