Terms of participation

The following is required to participate in our customer training courses:

 

 

Requirements

To ensure a smooth and interactive training experience, please make sure that you meet the following technical requirements:

  • DocuWare Experience: Prior experience with DocuWare is highly recommended.
  • Device: A Windows PC is required.
  • Browser: Please use the latest version of Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
  • DocuWare Apps: All relevant DocuWare applications must be installed prior to the training.
  • Audio & Video: A functioning camera and microphone are essential for active participation in the seminar.

Further preparation instructions will be provided to all participants prior to the training.

Booking

To book and confirm your registration, please contact your DocuWare Partner. If you are a direct customer, you can book here.

Cancellation (EMEA)

We ask you to cancel up to 10 days before the start of the training. If you cancel later, we will charge you a fee of 50% of the course cost. If you do not show up for the course without prior cancellation, we will charge you a fee equal to 100% of the course cost. The cancellation fee is also 100% if DocuWare cancels a person's attendance because they do not meet the prerequisites.

The minimum number of participants for each training course is 6. For this reason, DocuWare may postpone or cancel the training date up to 10 days prior to the training. DocuWare GmbH does not assume any liability for this.

Cancellation (US)

If you need to cancel or reschedule your training, please notify us at least 10 business days prior to the course start date. We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to accommodate cancellations made within this time frame at no charge. Cancellations received with fewer than 10 business days’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to attend a scheduled course without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the course fee.

Participants who need to reschedule their enrollment to a later session must notify us at least 10 business days prior to the originally scheduled course date. Requests received after this time frame will incur a 50% fee billed at the original course date, with the remaining balance due at the time of attendance.

To ensure the best learning experience, all courses require a minimum of six participants. If minimum enrollment is not met, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel a course up to 10 business days prior to the scheduled start date. In such cases, we will notify participants promptly and work closely with you to arrange an alternative solution.
