Beginning at the end of February, workflow migration from the previous designer to the web-based Workflow Designer will be available for all Cloud customers. We would like to thank our Partners for their valuable feedback in the first phase of this feature release.
You’re already thoroughly familiar with this feature and ready to give your customers the best possible support: Workflows can be easily migrated to the new, web-based Workflow Designer by selecting the workflow and clicking “migrate”. This will create a new version of the workflow, which will become active once it is published. Running instances will still operate on the published version and will not be affected by the migration.
Users need access rights as a designer to migrate or create copies of workflows.
