For the next weeks, the new Partner Portal will run alongside My Business. You are welcome to explore the new portal now, with no interruption to your daily work. In the transition phase, some features are still being rolled out; both portals will remain accessible for several weeks. We value your feedback! Getting started
To begin, please visit https://partner.docuware.com/ and log in with your DocuWare ID (learn more about the DocuWare ID here). We recommend bookmarking this link for easy access in the future.
Things to do after logging in
- Update your Profile: The dashboard’s “Welcome” tile will prompt you to update your profile. Please add or update your main focus, department, industries, and primary solutions. This helps us tailor portal content to your needs.
- Interactive Tours: Access Portal Training for updating your profile, company info, customer management, asset library, and reseller search.
- Explore: Once your profile is updated, revisit the dashboard to discover all available features and menus.

- Customer & Lead Management: Enjoy easier navigation and prefilled information to reduce manual work. Place orders directly from the customer screen. (The licensing module is coming soon).
- Asset Library: Access the latest sales presentations, marketing kits, product information, case studies, and easily cobrand materials for your customers.
- Reseller Search: Personalise your profile with your company logo assets, videos and info to increase visibility; prospects searching can use integrated Google Maps and advanced filters to find the right partner.
- News: Get Instant updates – no more waiting for monthly newsletters. Customise your news feed for topics that matter to you. Note: Only users with a DocuWare ID will receive future PartnerInfo newsletters.
