DocuWare E-Invoicing Service
E-Invoicing Service will initially be available for DocuWare Cloud. In the first phase of the rollout, customers who are legally required to register their businesses in Belgium will have access beginning in January 2026.
Going forward, additional countries in which e-reporting and mandatory reporting of e-invoices are pending will be included. The focus will be on EU states in which there is a pending implementation deadline. Over the course of the 2026 calendar year, Service will be made available for the following countries:
- Belgium
- France
- Germany
- Poland
- Spain
- Italy
As there have already been multiple changes to the deadlines in the national implementation plans for mandatory e-invoicing and e-reporting, we would like to note that DocuWare’s prioritization may change accordingly.
