From April 22 – 23, we once again hosted the DocuWorld Partner Conference in Berlin — and, as always, 2026 brought many achievements to celebrate together with our Partners. With the theme “Delivering the Future,” this year’s event not only delighted over 880 visitors from 25 countries with inspiring keynote speeches and great networking opportunities — it also introduced exciting features that set new standards in digitization.
Innovative product highlights in the spotlight
DocuWare’s latest solutions and product updates were the center of attention this year. In exclusive presentations, our Partners had the chance to see how DocuWare continues to set new standards in digitization and automated document management. Participants were particularly excited about the advanced AI features, improved integrations and expanded cloud functionality, all of which garnered intense interest. (Further details below!)
Experience Zones: Digitization up close and personal
One of the biggest highlights at DocuWorld 2026 was the new Experience Zones. In these interactive areas, Partners could test the new DocuWare solutions live, talk with experts, and experience use cases for themselves. Participants were delighted by the innovative concept — numerous Partners used the opportunity to get inspiration from realistic demonstrations and gain valuable insight for their own customer projects.
Valuable discussions and networking
In addition to the product highlights and Experience Zones, DocuWorld once again offered plenty of chances for in-person conversations. At expert talks and evening events alike, the conference showed how strong the DocuWare community is and how much personal dialog still contributes to successful collaboration.
