There are some important updates and reminders we'd like to share regarding the ongoing opportunities at the DocuWare Academy. Here's what you need to know:
Recertification 2025 is now live!
The DocuWare Recertification 2025 is officially underway! This is your chance to renew your certifications and ensure your expertise remains current.
Tailored paths for different areas of expertise:- Sales Path - DocuWare Sales Professional (DSP) and DocuWare Sales Expert (DSE): Get a sneak peek at how AI can supercharge your sales, explore new ways to harness your data with the Power BI Connector, and learn how to make workflow value crystal clear for your customers with the Workflow Analytics API.
- Technical Path - DocuWare Technical Expert (DTE): Get the latest updates about DocuWare for Outlook, explore the new web-based Workflow Designer and find out more about the new Power BI Connector and Workflow Analytics API modules.

- Recertification Deadline: December 31, 2025
- Recertification Valid Until: End of 2026
You have been automatically enrolled in the relevant recertification paths and exams corresponding to your current certifications. To keep your certifications valid until end of 2026, ensure you complete all assigned learning content and successfully pass the corresponding recertification exams by December 31, 2025.
New training schedule for July–December 2025!
Our updated training schedule for the second half of 2025 is live and bookings are already in full swing! Whether you’re aiming to achieve new DocuWare certifications or expand your technical skills in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), our multilingual training offerings are here to support your growth.
Important reminders:
- The training catalog was published in mid-June and includes all the updated dates for trainings from July to December 2025.
- Ensure you register promptly, as seats fill up quickly. Check the LMS for the most current scheduling and registration details.
New self-registration process for DSE trainings
We have made it even easier for you to register for DSE-Sell and DSE-Demo certification trainings with our new self-registration process.
- Efficient and transparent: You can now book your training seats directly through the LMS without needing to submit a registration request. These registrations are managed on a “first come, first serve” basis.
- Join the waitlist: If a session is fully booked, don't worry! You can join the waiting list and will be automatically notified if a seat becomes available.
- Seat reservation courtesy: As training seats are limited, please only reserve a seat if you are certain you can attend and if the training is pertinent to your role as a DocuWare partner. Consult your DocuWare partner manager if you are unsure which trainings are right for you.
- Timely cancellations: If your availability changes, kindly cancel your registration promptly to open up opportunities for other partners.
