There have been some important changes to the DocuWare price list. First of all, we have defined the included transaction volumes for the e-invoicing licenses as well as adding a fair-use policy and booster packages. In addition, we now have special offers for customers who need a DocuWare system for non-productive purposes in addition to their productive system.
Changes to E-Invoicing
- The transaction volume for the E-Invoicing Service is now clearly defined. The volume included in the basic package increases at the Cloud level, from 2,000 transactions with the E-Invoicing Service Cloud 4 up to 8,000 transactions with Cloud 100.
- Booster packages allow customers with greater needs to increase their transaction volume if required.
- We are starting off with market entry pricing for the DocuWare E-Invoicing Service, which will remain valid until at least March 2027. Depending on the market condition and development of the service, price increases of more than the standard 5% may be possible at that point.
Additional DocuWare systems for non-productive use cases
There has been increasing demand for additional DocuWare systems for non-productive purposes such as testing, development, staging or training from both DocuWare Cloud and On-Premise customers. The new section of our price list provides clarity about the acceptable usage policy for these systems and also offers attractive pricing and license models.
