Our four new preconfigured templates in the BASE category are: Invoice Processing, Contract Management, Travel Expenses, Employee Management (HR). These new configurations are deliberately kept lean and provide the basic framework for the respective use case. This means that you don't have to start from scratch and can easily adapt or expand the solutions to the needs of your customers. All four templates can be used independently of each other or can be combined as needed.
The BASE templates are also ideal for sales talks to easily present the many possible uses of DocuWare. For this purpose, we have summarized all four use cases for you in a template called “All-in-One BASE” in the DocuWare Cloud Trial. By the way: All BASE templates together correspond to the previous DocuWare solution for Smart Document Control.
