The event: A fantastic success
The DocuWorld Partner Conference 2025 (EMEA), which took place on April 9 and 10 in the spectacular ESTREL Hotel Berlin, was an incredible success! Approximately 800 attendees from around the world came together to share two days full of inspiration, knowledge sharing, and networking.
Our Partners had the chance to talk shop with DocuWare’s dedicated employees and gain valuable insights into the newest developments and trends in the world of document management. Our technology partners were present as external exhibitors, which made the event even more valuable and offered a multitude of opportunities to learn about innovative solutions and future collaborations.
One of the conference’s highlights was the general session, in which DocuWare’s executive team gave attendees an in-depth look into the company’s current developments and future strategies. This fascinating glimpse into the future empowered our Partners and got them ready to step into the future alongside DocuWare.
The atmosphere was brimming with DocuWare team spirit, and every single participant did their part to make the event an unforgettable experience. This was especially apparent at the “Night of the Champions”, a festive evening where we celebrated the outstanding achievements and contribution of each and every DocuWare Partner. In a warm, relaxed atmosphere, all attendees were honored as true champions, and the event further strengthened the overall sense of community. People danced to live music until late in the evening.

The many informative breakout sessions offered valuable insights and helpful tips that our Partners will be able to implement in their own companies. The positive feedback and the great interest in the topics that were presented show just how important our shared goals and visions are.

The end of one DocuWorld is the start of the next. Mark your calendar for the 2026 DocuWorld Partner Conference. It will take place on April 22 and 23, 2026, once again in the Estrel Hotel in Berlin — and it will be even bigger, which is hard to imagine. More information to follow — stay tuned.
