A reminder of the action item for our newly introduced “My Business”.
Please do not forget to assign a corresponding (Partner) contact to your customers and prospects and to set the corresponding visibility of customer data to "All," "Own" or "None".
This means that not only your contact at DocuWare is informed who the contact person is for all information regarding a customer or prospect but the employee who is registered as a "partner contact" also automatically receives (important) notifications if, for example, the memory of a customer's cloud system is running low or updates are pending.
That is why it is important that you take care of the action item as soon as possible.
