We’re starting off the year with some exciting news: Planning for the DocuWorld Partner Conference 2026 is well underway! After the overwhelming interest and positive feedback about the last event, we look forward to welcoming you in Berlin at “Delivering the Future” this coming April.
Registration: The gates are open!
We’re pleased to let you know that the personal invitations to register for the DocuWorld Partner Conference 2026 have now been sent out to all Partners.
Important note about the registration process:
- Platinum and Gold Partners
You’ll find your personal registration link in your inbox and can register to secure your spot right away. Your participation will be confirmed immediately.
- Silver and Base Partners
You have also received an invitation to register for the event. For now, this allows you to indicate your interest in joining us. We will first put you on a waiting list; DocuWare will then send out confirmations based on available capacity. You will receive a link to book your hotel room only after this final confirmation is issued.
Staggered registration and prioritization:

- Platinum & Gold Partners: Registration and confirmation available immediately
- Silver & Base Partners: Indication of interest, waiting list, later confirmation (February 2026 at the earliest)
