On June 17–18, we welcomed around 100 partners from across the APAC region in Bangkok for the DocuWorld Partner Conference 2026. This year’s edition, themed “Delivering the Future,” was filled with innovation, collaboration, and exciting opportunities to connect.
A closer look at the future of digitization
Throughout the event, partners explored the latest DocuWare solutions and product updates through dedicated presentations and live demonstrations. Particular attention was given to new AI-powered capabilities, enhanced integrations, and expanded cloud features — all designed to help businesses work smarter and faster in an increasingly digital world.
Interactive Experience Rooms
One of the standout additions this year was the introduction of the Experience Rooms. These hands-on spaces allowed partners to interact directly with DocuWare solutions, explore real-world use cases, and exchange ideas with product experts. The live demos and practical insights offered valuable inspiration for future customer projects.
Meaningful networking and collaboration
Beyond the sessions and product showcases, DocuWorld 2026 created many opportunities for valuable conversations and networking. From breakout sessions to evening events, the conference once again highlighted the strength of the DocuWare partner community and the importance of building strong relationships across the region.
Access Breakout Session materials
Partners who attended the conference and have a DocuWare ID can now access and download the breakout session presentations directly from the asset library in the new Partnerportal.
This makes it easy to revisit key insights and apply them in day-to-day business activities.
