Here’s what you can expect:
General Session
The product team will be sharing exciting news on the future of the DocuWare platform as well as you’ll see first-hand the unveiling of a new, revolutionary experience for the self-service buyer, and you can be one of the first to sign up during the conference.
Breakout sessions – Be prepared prior to traveling to Houston
Based on your feedback, you can expect sales, technical and marketing hands on trainings, lectures, and panel discussions for base to advanced skill levels. Please be prepared by having the latest VM downloaded prior to traveling as you will not be provided the bandwidth at the event, so you cannot do it onsite.
Partner dinner – Night of Champions
On Thursday, May 16, all Partners will be in the spotlight – after all, YOU ARE Shaping Tomorrow! We’ll be celebrating at the Stampede for a Texan-style experience complete with activities, raffles, and barbeque. Network in a fun, engaging environment! Western attire encouraged. Transportation provided.
Diamond Club Dinner Event
For our 2024 Diamond Club members, on Wednesday, May 15, we’ll be enjoying a fun… and maybe competitive… dinner event at Topgolf. Dress accordingly. RSVP required. Transportation information will be provided prior to the event.
New Partner Welcome Reception
We want to meet you! Join us for a New Partner Welcome Reception on Thursday, May 16 from 4:30-5:30 in the Summit Room at the conference hotel. Meet face-to-face with our executives and key DocuWarians who are here to support your success and help you grow your business. Invitations were sent, RSVP required.

Good to know!
- There is no registration fee to attend DocuWorld (deadline April 16). Get the registration form from the Partner Portal or see PartnerInfo 355.
- Discounted hotel room US $169 per night, click here to book (deadline April 26 or while supply lasts).
- Transportation to IAH Airport on Friday – DocuWare will be providing motorcoach transportation to George Bush Intercontinental Airport leaving the hotel at 12:15 and 2:30 p.m.
- Location: The conference venue is The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria, Houston, TX. Don’t confuse this with other Sonesta properties in Texas!
