Basic Agenda
The conference starts on Wednesday morning with the General Session. After the lunch break, there will be breakout sessions that focus on presales and sales topics.
On Thursday, you can expect numerous other breakout sessions, followed by the Partner evening and "Night of Champions." The conference will officially end after that evening‘s event.
On Friday morning, Diamond Club members, Customer Service Champions and Partners celebrating special milestones will have the opportunity to take a photo with DocuWare's senior management, to help them broadcast their achievements on their own social media and other PR.

Registration opens in January 2025
Registration for the DocuWorld Partner Conference 2025 will begin in January 2025. Please remember that you must book the overnight stay in the hotel separately, as in previous years. We’ll provide you with a link for this, so that you can book the hotel at a discounted price.
After that, you can check these event webpages https://start.docuware.com/docuworld-partner-conference for the latest on the agenda, location, FAQs, etc.
We really look forward to seeing you again and meeting new Partners for the first time! As in previous years, we will also keep you up-to-date via PartnerInfo, our Partner Blog and other mailings.
Special conditions at the ESTREL Hotel
To make your stay in Berlin as pleasant as possible, we negotiated special conditions for you at the ESTREL Hotel.
- € 165.00 per standard single room and night plus Berlin city tax
- € 177.00 per standard double room and night plus Berlin city tax
The prices include service and any other applicable VAT. Breakfast costs € 25.00 per person per day. Please note that this is not included in the rates listed above and will be charged additionally if you use it. You can decide on the spot whether you want to grab breakfast, but please know that this is not included.
