We are eagerly looking forward to the DocuWorld Partner Conference 2025, which will take place on April 9 and 10, 2025 in ESTREL Hotel Berlin.

This exclusive event is designed for our valued DocuWare Partners and offers the ideal opportunity to share ideas and learn from peers, experts, and technology partners.

This year’s theme is “Empowering Automation Together.” What do we mean by that? As we continue working on our new product vision in 2025 we will, of course, continue to focus on our strong Partner community. Together with you, we want to align all new product- and launch-related developments to further automate processes, workflows and content for our customers—for a more efficient and innovative future.

We look forward to seeing familiar faces and making new contacts. As always, we will keep you updated via the webpage, the PartnerInfo newsletter, the Partner blog and our emails. Be there and join us in designing the future!

Registration is open

Registration for DocuWorld Partner Conference 2025 has been open since January 8, 2025. All DocuWare Partners have been sent a personal invitation by email. To register, please click on the “Register” button found in the email.

Please note:

This is your personal invitation to DocuWorld 2025. The registration link can not be forwarded or used for multiple registrations. If you would like to register additional guests who have not received an invitation, please contact benedikt.simon@docuware.com. Please check the spam folder of your email inbox first.

Like every year, only a limited number of tickets are available for conference attendees. For this reason, we strongly suggest registering as soon as possible to secure your spot. Our experience in 2024 showed that demand exceeded the availability.

As in previous years, there will be no recertification offered at DocuWorld. This must be done separately. You can find further information about this in DocuWare Academy.

Information about booking your room at the event hotel: 

Please remember that, as in previous years, you must book your hotel stay separately. Please use the link to book your room at a discounted rate.

Just click the button “To Book à Click Here”. Do not close the window using the “X” button, as that will prevent the group rates from being applied.

• The standard single room costs €165.00 per night, the standard double room is €177.00 per night, plus the Berlin City Tax of €12.38 per single room or €13.28 for the double room. The price includes service and the applicable statutory VAT.
• Breakfast costs €25.00 per person per day. Please note that breakfast is not included in the price and will be charged additionally if consumed. You can decide at the hotel if you would like breakfast or not.
