In connection with the new DocuWare, we are also introducing a new version of the Identity Service for DocuWare Cloud. For all cloud customers who use Single Sign-On (SSO), administrators must therefore add an additional "callback URL" to their SSO configuration before upgrading to DocuWare version 7.15.
To ensure that all users can continue to use Single Sign-On for logging into DocuWare without interruption, administrators must make this change to the SSO configuration before their respective DocuWare Cloud organization is updated to the new DocuWare (DocuWare version 7.15).
Updates will start on October 14 and, as usual, will be rolled out over a period of approximately two months. Each customer will be informed of their individual update date by email.

Customer Communication Process
In September, we will notify customers about this via the UserInfo Newsletter and the Product Blog.
The email with their individual update date will also point out the necessary change to the SSO configuration.
Please also proactively inform your customers, especially if you know they are using SSO.
