To make it easier for you to purchase licenses for on-premises projects, we added MS SQL licenses to the DocuWare pricelist quite some time ago. As there has been very little interest in these licenses for the past few years, and there is a large network of official Microsoft distributors, we will stop acting as a distributor as of August this year.
If you set up DocuWare on-premises projects from time to time and these customers need MS SQL licenses, please keep DocuWare’s timeline in mind:

Until July 31, 2026, you can continue to purchase the MS SQL licenses listed in the DocuWare price list through DocuWare as usual.

From August 1, 2026, MS SQL licenses will no longer be listed in the DocuWare price list and can no longer be purchased through DocuWare. Please contact an official Microsoft Distributor after this date. You can find a list of distributors, which can be filtered by country, here.
