Need to see all invoices from last month or which contracts are due next week?
With predefined filter periods, you can immediately see everything you need.
Often you don’t need to see all documents from a tray or result list. Too much isn’t always helpful when you really just need to focus on a few key documents. With filters, you can hide everything you don't need at this moment. And if you take the filter out later, everything is as before – so no need to search again.
With DocuWare version 7.7 there are two significant improvements in filtering:
Also in trays and for linked documents
In addition to result lists, lists and workflow task lists, it is now also possible to filter documents in trays and lists of linked documents. If you don't know about this handy feature yet, here's more information about filtering.
Defined timeframe
To make filtering according to a date range even faster and easier, filters for frequently used timeframes such as today, next week, last month, etc. are now available in addition to a from-to range.For example, if you have a list of all invoices from your cost center, the Last Month filter gives you a good overview of past expenses.
Move the mouse over the column header of an index field and the filter icon is displayed. In the filter dialog, new predefined timeframes are available for selecting date fields.
