As part of our continuing digital transformation, we are currently preparing for a step-by-step transition away from “My Business”. This marks the end of a long era — and we want to let you know in advance that the portal will not be developed further or given any new functions. We are now focusing on the new Partner portal, which is being continuously updated and expanded. It will include all relevant functionality in the future.
All important functions in the new portal
Many key features have already been moved to the new Partner portal, and more will be transferred in the coming weeks. For example, the Marketing & Sales Tool, which you previously used to download marketing assets, has already been deactivated in the old portal and is now available in an optimized form. The Reseller Search will follow soon—with enhanced functionality and a more user-friendly interface. Here’s a little preview:
Get started easily and help design the future
For this reason, we strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the new Partner portal and use it for all relevant processes. To help you get started, we have numerous interactive tours for the different functions, e.g. lead management or customer management. These “digital guided tours” show you step by step how to find and use important features, making the transition to the new portal as seamless as possible.
Should you have any questions or come up with suggestions as you make the switch, you can use the feedback page in the main menu of the new portal at any time. With your input, we can continue improving and expanding the platform to meet your needs.
