The updated DocuWare Version 7.13 price list also includes some new products and services. With larger IDP packages, you can now offer customers with very high volumes of documents at more attractive pricing. In addition, we have new administrator training courses for customers.
Larger IDP packages
For customers with very high volumes of documents, we now offer even larger IDP packages: DocuWare IDP 300k, 500k, 675k and 800k. As usual, the unit price for the functions decreases as the size of the IDP package increases. For DocuWare IDP 800k, for example, splitting and classification cost only 3 cents per document, while extraction costs 9 cents and extraction with handwriting costs 10 cents.

Customer admin training courses
The administrator training courses for customers have been redesigned and are now provided by DocuWare Professional Services. The Base training is held online and answers questions that come up for administrators in their daily work with DocuWare. The training is carried out over the course of two half-days. The Advanced training is also offered online and includes process design with DocuWare Workflow Designer, web services in workflow, autoindex and more configuration-related topics. It is held over the course of four half-days.
In addition, you can request custom trainings for your customers from DocuWare Professional Services. You will be provided with a quote based on our standard daily rate.
