In My Business, Partner contacts with administrator access rights can now see an overview that includes the number of credits used and the number of credits currently available for use for DocuWare Sales Expert (DSE Sell and DSE Demo) and DocuWare Technical Expert (DTE Config) certifications.
You’ll find the following and more:
- Which colleagues have taken which training in DocuWare Academy
- Whether these required credits
- How many credits are still available
- If you are listed in the Sales Partner search, with which status, etc.
Please note:
- Each Partner has a certain number of credits available, depending on their Partner support package (see current price list) / Partner status.
- New credits can be ordered from (EMEA) orders@docuware.com or (Americas) dworders@docuware.com
