New Training Schedule for July–December 2025!
Our updated training schedule for the second half of 2025 is on its way to you! Whether you’re pursuing your DocuWare certifications or looking to expand your technical expertise with IDP, our updated offerings in multiple languages are here to support your growth.
Mark your calendars: the new training catalog, with all the updated dates, will be published in the LMS around mid-June 2025.
Important Update: New Self-Registration Process for DSE-Sell and DSE-Demo Trainings
We’re pleased to announce a more streamlined registration process for the DSE-Sell and DSE-Demo certification trainings! From mid-June onwards, you can book your seat via self-registration directly in the LMS—no need to submit a registration request. Registrations will be managed on a “first come, first serve” basis to ensure fairness and transparency for all partners. If a session is fully booked, a waiting list will be available; as soon as a seat opens up due to cancellation, the next person on the waiting list will be automatically moved up and notified.
Please note: training seats are limited. We kindly ask that you only reserve a seat if you are certain, you can attend and if the training is relevant to your responsibilities as a DocuWare partner. If you are unsure whether a training is right for you, we encourage you to consult with your DocuWare partner manager before booking. Additionally, if your plans change, please promptly cancel your registration so that fellow partners can participate. Your thoughtful cooperation helps us ensure everyone benefits from our training resources.

We’re excited to announce that DocuWare Recertification 2025 is just around the corner! Starting this July, you’ll have the opportunity to renew your expertise, stay up-to-date, and continue your journey as a valued DocuWare partner. Here’s everything you need to know to prepare for a smooth and successful recertification process.
Two Tailored Paths: Sales & Technical
Recertification 2025 offers two distinct tracks for your area of expertise:
Sales Path for DSE and DSP:
This year’s Sales Path will give you a quick boost on what matters most for success. Get a sneak peek at how AI can supercharge your sales, explore new ways to harness your data with the Power BI Connector, and learn how to make workflow value crystal clear for your customers with the Workflow Analytics API.
Technical Path for DTE:
The Technical Path for Recertification 2025 delivers updates to keep your expertise current. Get the latest on smart email management with DocuWare for Outlook, explore the new web-based Workflow Designer, and get to know more about the new modules on the Power BI Connector and Workflow Analytics API.
Automatic Enrollment and What’s Required
To ensure a seamless process, you will be automatically enrolled in the recertification path(s) that matches your currently valid certifications. You will also be automatically enrolled in the recertification exams that correspond to the valid training certificates you currently hold (e.g. DSE-sell and DSE-demo). To renew your certifications until 2026, you’ll need to complete all the learning content in your assigned path(s) and then successfully pass the corresponding recertification exams for each training certificate.
Key Dates & Requirements
- Recertification Available: July 2025
- Recertification Deadline: December 31, 2025
- Recertification Valid Until: End of 2026
To keep your certificates active and valid, simply complete the relevant learning content and pass your recertification exam(s) before the deadline. It’s your ticket to continued recognition and access to all the benefits of being a certified DocuWare partner.
