New Knowledge Center kicks off

We are happy to introduce the new DocuWare Knowledge Center. This new advanced technology resource offers a cleaner interface, improved search options for precise answers, the ability to provide feedback on the articles, and more!

This new update covers versions 7.10 and higher as well as DocuWare’s preconfigured solutions. Click the read more button below to learn more and for earlier version’s Knowledge Center news.

Fresh new Knowledge Center with easy to find ‘Search’ field.

The migration of all help articles is technically complete. Final adjustments are currently being made to the information structure. We are also working on optimizing the findability of articles in search engines.

As before, help can be found in English, French, Spanish and German (Japanese will follow by the end of September 2024.)

The previous Knowledge Center will continue to provide help for DocuWare versions 7.5–7.9 and will remain online for on-premises customers, so that existing links will continue to work. However, the old Knowledge Center lets people know that content there will no longer be updated.
