- Modern PDF management: Combine PDFs, re-order or delete pages.
- Tabs for parallel searches: Open up to 50 search tabs simultaneously and compare results right within DocuWare.
- Streamlined document filing: Faster access to indexing and deletion functions directly from the document tray.
- Effortless indexing: Intelligent indexing in the document tray, including the familiar color coding, One-Click Indexing in the viewer and Smart Index in the store dialog.
- Work on documents in their original format: Use either a locally installed native application or the browser version of Microsoft Office
- Attach documents directly from the task list — without opening the Viewer.
DocuWare Aura
- Twice the test tokens: With 500,000 tokens per day instead of just 170,000, you can now test Aura more intensely and try out more complex scenarios — ideal for ambitious customer demos and internal evaluations.
- Improved AI answer quality: Thanks to our ongoing improvements, you’ll now get more precise, relevant results so you can continue offering your customers smarter solutions.
