Dear Valued Partner,
As announced last October, I stepped down as Co-President on March 31 after dedicating 25 years to DocuWare. It has been an incredible journey; one marked by significant growth and remarkable achievements. Together with you, we have transformed the company to a thriving organization driving 130 million Euros in revenue with a global network of 850 Partners.
Looking back, I am filled with pride and gratitude for the opportunity to collaborate with such dedicated and passionate Partners like you. Your support, innovation, and commitment have been the driving force behind our success. I have learned immensely from our collaboration, and I am grateful for the experiences we have shared.
Throughout my tenure, I have always strived to push the boundaries and aim for excellence. I realize that my demanding nature and relentless pursuit of perfection may have sometimes been challenging. If any of you ever felt treated unfairly, I sincerely apologize. My intentions were always to foster growth and improvement, and I hope that, in retrospect, you can see how these efforts were aimed at making each of us better every day.
For me, this company and all of you have been like a second family. It is with mixed emotions that I step down, but I am confident that now is the right time to embark on a new chapter in my life. I wish Michael and the new C-Level team all the best. And I have complete faith in their ability to steer the company towards even greater heights. I truly believe that the best days for DocuWare are still ahead.
