DocuWare Interactive Tours is your gateway to interactive product tours of the DocuWare application, tailored to diverse use cases. So far, we have provided the interactive tours to you on a landing page we hosted, along with our contact form.
Going forward, if you are registered for Showme DocuWare (EMEA / UK), you will receive a personalized link to your interactive tours page, which hosts interactive product tours of the DocuWare application, tailored to diverse use cases.
Please note:
- Any use cases that are released in the future will also be made available to you on your interactive tours page.
- Partners who are already registered for Showme DocuWare should have received a link to their interactive tours page. If you have not received it, please contact us at showme@docuware.com and we will resolve the issue.
How is this approach better than the current one where you receive a landing page for each use case?
- Sales teams can use a direct link to the full-screen customized product tours (as full screen mode enables focus).
- Marketing teams can
- Link out to specific tours (e.g. IDP) from various sources (e.g. landing pages / email campaigns / etc.).
- Create their own landing pages and
- embed the customized product tours via iFrames or
- link out to your customized product tours.

The Intelligent DocuWare Processing (IDP) and Contract Management Tours have some usability enhancements based on your requests:
- Presenter Mode: Press “Ctrl+P” to hide text boxes and use your own narration.
- Keyboard Navigation: Use “Right” and “Left” arrows to navigate.
- Fullscreen Mode: Enjoy a distraction-free tour experience.
- Embed and Share: Use your personalized link to create iFrame codes and embed the tour on your website or landing pages.
