The IDP function splitting automatically splits a batch scan into individual documents. Good news: DocuWare storageRobot can now take these documents and archive them—in DocuWare Cloud as well as DocuWare on-premises systems. We’re introducing an updated presentation template and a very attractive licensing model.
Integrating IDP functions into DocuWare
There are different ways to integrate the various IDP functions into DocuWare. Classification, extraction, and handwriting are supported in both the Workflow Manager and in storageRobot, while splitting is only supported in storageRobot. The following graphic illustrates all available options.
Please use the updated IDP presentation template (English | French), which contains the new overview as an animated slide.
Licensing DocuWare storageRobot
With every IDP package, DocuWare customers can also request a free storageRobot license that is limited to use in combination with DocuWare IDP. If your customers would like to take advantage of the offer, please indicate this when placing the order for the IDP package or send an email to dworders@docuware.com (Americas) or orders@docuware.com (EMEA).
Please note:
- Should other usage scenarios be required, customers must purchase a full DocuWare storageRobot license.
- To sign in to DocuWare, storageRobot needs its own DocuWare client license.
- DocuWare Cloud customers must also have DocuWare storageRobot installed locally.
