Stay Certified! The Recertification 2025 Deadline Is Near!
The countdown is on—DocuWare Recertification 2025 closes on December 31, 2025. This is your final reminder to check your recertification status and make sure you’ve completed all required learning paths and exams in the LMS. This will ensure your recertifications are extended through 2026.
Our Sales and Technical Recertification tracks are designed to keep your expertise current and your partner status active, so don’t wait if you have outstanding assignments. Log in to the LMS, review your progress, and finish any remaining courses or exams.

We’re excited to announce that our brand-new training catalog for January–June 2026 is launching soon! All course offerings and dates will be available in the LMS catalog at the beginning of January, giving you the perfect opportunity to plan and prioritize your professional development for the months ahead.
Self-Registration Process Reminder:
You can easily reserve your place in upcoming trainings through the convenient self-registration process in the LMS. Simply log in, select your preferred session, and sign up—it’s that easy! Seats are managed on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you’re unable to attend, please remember to cancel your registration promptly in the LMS, so fellow partners have the opportunity to participate. Your thoughtful participation ensures our entire partner community can take full advantage of these valuable training resources.
Please note: You can cancel your training registration yourself up to 5 working days before the training start date. After this deadline, cancellations can only be processed by the Academy team.

2026 Learning Highlights for DocuWare Partners
Important Updates to DTE-config eLearnings and Evaluation
We’ve updated our DTE-config eLearnings based on your valuable feedback to make the content even more effective. Alongside these improvements, we are also making important changes to the evaluation requirements.
Starting with the 2026 DTE-config course, evaluations will only be possible by submitting a Cloud system—VM submissions will no longer be accepted. If you have already submitted a VM for evaluation, don’t worry; your submission remains valid.
Additionally, we have redesigned our evaluation exercises to take a more practical approach. Instead of individual tasks, you’ll now complete a comprehensive project scenario, setting up a fully functional customer system. This hands-on experience is designed to help you apply your knowledge in a realistic context and prepare you better for real-world challenges.
Enhanced IDP Technical Workshops
Our IDP Technical Workshops have been updated to deliver even deeper technical insights. These refined sessions are designed to equip you with technical knowledge and practical skills, helping you stay at the forefront of intelligent document processing.
The new learning path combines self-study eLearning, which covers foundational AI concepts and practical exercises, with a hands-on workshop for applied learning. You’ll learn to create, train, and integrate AI models for extraction, splitting, and classification, and then implement these models in DocuWare workflows. Participants will also explore how IDP works alongside other DocuWare features, including storageRobot, document processing, and Connect to Mail.

Starting in February 2026, we’re excited to launch a new series of Product Spotlight Webinars dedicated to helping you stay up to date with the latest DocuWare releases, features, and technical topics.
