ISO 9001
ISO 9001:2015 specifies the requirements for a quality management system (QMS) that companies must implement in order to meet the expectations of internal and external stakeholders. DocuWare has been certified for its QMS by DQS, one of the world's largest certification bodies. The DocuWare certification covers the scope of development, sales and support of software for document management and workflow automation. DocuWare not only complies with the strict information security requirements of ISO 27001, but also meets the leading international quality standard ISO 9001. The certificate is available in English.
GeBüV recertification
In Switzerland, DocuWare was recertified in November 2023 in accordance with the GeBüV (Business Books Ordinance). The configuration descriptions are available for DocuWare Cloud and on-premises systems upon request.
DM Award
In the UK, DM Magazine has awarded DocuWare for the second year in a row, this time as Accounting/Invoicing Product of the Year 2023.
