In addition to the option “Use DocuWare IDP,” the DocuWare Cloud trial form now makes it possible for prospects to create an IDP test environment with an allotment of test credits right away.
The update to the DocuWare Cloud trial form gives users the option to create a trial IDP environment along with every DocuWare Cloud trial organization. This is then ready to use at the same time as the DocuWare Cloud trial organization. The first administrator for the Cloud organization will also be the administrator for the IDP environment and will be informed via email.
If you as a Partner already have a a DocuWare IDP Partner organization, we will create the IDP test environment for your new prospect in this organization. The IDP test environment for your prospect includes an allotment of test credits. After the contract has been successfully signed, the end customer will keep this environment and use it over the course of their contract.

In addition, there are plans to automatically hand over the initial IDP API key to the DocuWare Cloud organization so that both systems can be connected right out of the box. This will mean that it is no longer necessary to manually enter the IDP API for DocuWare IDP configurations (within the DocuWare Configuration).
