The out-of-the-box solution for Smart Document Control offers key functions for storing and retrieving business documents in a structured way, for monitoring due dates, and controlling simple approval workflows. After gathering a lot of valuable feedback, we’ve adapted the template so that different use cases can be covered quickly and easily.
- Roles are modeled after departments: Accounting, Human Resources, Contract Management, Sales, Quality Control
- There are matching trays and dialogues set up for each role
- A simple approval or feedback workflow can be started either directly at the time of filing or later with a stamp
