We would like to share with our Partner community that our Europe-based support team won a 2024 German Stevie® Award for Department of the Year in Customer Service category.
The German Stevie® Awards is one of nine Stevie® Awards Programs internationally recognizing businesses for the last 22 years. Organizations from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg and Belgium were invited to submit applications summarizing their achievements over a 2-year period (2021-2023). Over 400 applications were submitted in 200 categories. Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie® winners were selected by 50 judges.
Once a support request is completed by DocuWare, we send a survey to you, our Partners, asking for your feedback on the service provided. These survey results show consistently outstanding ratings for our support services. In fact, over the 2-year period from 2021-2023, our customer satisfaction (CSAT) score was consistently above 90% on average and well above the industry average. We submitted these results to Stevie® and were awarded Silver for this achievement.
