A very important tip to keep your customer’s information secure: this summer we had an intern calling our US ADPs to verify the contacts of your company in our CRM to make sure they were still with your company. We found in many cases people had left your company but DocuWare was not informed. PLEASE REMEMBER to send an email to if you have a change in staff so that we can deactivate them immediately.

If in doubt, your DocuWare Key Contact can log into My Account / My Company / Staff tab and review who is listed for your company. You can then let us know if any changes need to be made.
