A new DocuWare price list was released at the beginning of the year. We are happy to share that the prices remain unchanged. The following topics are newly added or have been updated:

New SAP Connector
As announced in December, a certified interface to connect DocuWare Cloud with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud systems is now available—DocuWare Cloud Connect to CMIS. This gives customers with SAP Public Cloud ERP systems a standardized connection to DocuWare Cloud, providing them with a revision-proof archiving solution for their SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. DocuWare IDP and storageRobot
The IDP function “Splitting” is now available without restrictions (meaning splitting projects no longer need to be checked individually). Individual documents that were part of a batch can automatically be archived using the DocuWare storageRobot—in DocuWare Cloud as well as DocuWare on-premises systems. Alternatively, make.com can also be used with DocuWare Cloud. DocuWare storageRobot also supports the IDP functions “Classifications” and “Extraction” and “Extraction with handwriting”.
With every IDP package, DocuWare customers can also request a free storageRobot license that is limited to use in combination with DocuWare IDP. For other usage scenarios, a full storageRobot license must be purchased. DocuWare storageRobot must be installed locally for both DocuWare Cloud as well as on-premises customers.
Microsoft SQL license as ISV license
In the price list from September 2024, an error regarding the Microsoft SQL licenses we sell accidentally made its way into the information. It stated that the use of the SQL Core license is not permitted in a virtual environment. After extensive research, we can now retract this statement; usage is permitted in virtual environments such as VMWare.
Please note, however, that we only sell ISV licenses to which these EULAs apply, and you must provide the EULAs to your customers.
Training and Certifications for Partners
In accordance with the new Partner contracts and the new training concept, the available training and required training credit points are listed in the price list.
Important to know: All Platinum Partners receive additional credit points free of charge. The exact number depends on the Platinum status and is listed in the price list.
