With the new DocuWare Cloud Connect to CMIS interface, we enable seamless integration of an SAP S/4HANA public cloud system. This certified solution provides access to all functions defined by SAP AG in the S/4-BTP-CMIS 1.0 certification standard for archiving documents in DocuWare in an audit-proof manner. DocuWare Cloud Connect to CMIS is installed on the customer's SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
The new connection option complements the portfolio of DocuWare connectors to SAP. For years, these have been delivering decisive added value to hundreds of SAP ERP customers (SAP ECC 6.0, SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and SAP S/4HANA On-Premises), for example in the form of comprehensive invoice receipt solutions between DocuWare and SAP.
Please note: to use DocuWare Cloud Connect to CMIS, the customer also needs:
- One SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud System
- SAP BTP Document Management Service
- A BTP instance to install the interface
Availability
DocuWare Cloud Connect to CMIS will be available starting in January 2025. For price and other licensing details, please refer to the DocuWare price list, which will be updated on 01.01.2025.
