More features in DocuWare Signature Service
DocuWare Signature Service gives customers the option to integrate external signature providers Validated ID and DocuSign into their workflows. Signing contracts and other important documents with advanced or qualified e-signatures provide a legally secure solution. New features further enhance the possibilities.
New features for Validated ID signatures:
- Set deadlines for signing a document
- Automatically remind users to sign
- Send a copy of the signed document to the signer
- Option to specify a signer’s phone number when signing for authentication - useful in case the number is not known beforehand
- Signing in multiple places within a document; for example, contract pages
- "Authenticity Stamp:" applying a signature as a company seal as defined in eIDAS
New features for DocuSign signatures:
- Set a deadline for signing a document
- Automatically remind users to sign
- Send a copy of the signed document to the signer
- Option to specify a signer’s phone number when signing for authentication - useful in case the number is not known beforehand
- Sign a document with date
- Sign multiple documents within one DocuWare document - reduces costs for the customer as multiple documents can be signed at once. For example: customer staples a standard NDA to a contract and sends both as one DocuWare document to the signer.
