Microsoft announces that it will change its webhook functionality in Microsoft Teams on February 1, 2025. DocuWare customers who send data from DocuWare to Microsoft Teams via webhook are affected by this and should adjust their webhooks accordingly beforehand. You’ll be happy to know that the DocuWare workflow notifications that are displayed in Teams are not affected by the change.
Microsoft has published a Developer Blog article entitled Retirement of Office 365 connectors within Microsoft Teams, which describes the planned changes in detail, including the steps required to switch to current webhooks.
All DocuWare customers who send data from DocuWare to Microsoft Teams via webhook should adjust their webhooks accordingly by the end of January 2025.
