Saving index data - optimized
Starting with the release of DocuWare version 7.8 next spring, index data will only be saved when there is an actual change in index values. Overwriting with identical index values will be skipped.
Currently, saving index data without content change could unintentionally trigger automations, workflows and notifications. From DocuWare 7.8 on, these components will only react to real data changes. With this, your customers also benefit from an overall system performance increase in DocuWare. In addition, document history provides a clearer overview, since only relevant events are audited.
