You can now extend your valid certifications until December 31, 2025, via the annual recertification which is handled exclusively via the LMS (https://academy.docuware.com).
This year's recertification is available from August 5 to December 31, 2024. All participants who are eligible for recertification will be enrolled directly in the 2024 recertification path and in the individual sub-courses by DocuWare Academy. You will find your booking and the courses under “My trainings” via the top navigation in the LMS.
If your certification is no longer valid, you will not have access to recertification 2024.
The recertification consists of 3 parts per career (DSA, DAC, DCC, DSC) including the associated exams. Please note the start date of the individual parts. Parts 2 and 3 will be published in October. All 3 parts must be successfully completed by December 31, 2024; otherwise, your certification cannot be extended until the end of 2025.
If you want to renew multiple sales certifications (DAC, DSA, DCC), you need to complete the sales certification only one time. If you wish to renew both your sales and technical (DSC) certifications, you must go through both recertification paths.
