New concept for certification / recertification 2025
The familiar DSA, DAC and DSC certification/recertification training courses will be replaced and/or expanded to include new courses and certificates as part of the new Partner and training concept.
The number of credit points that must be redeemed in the future for a certificate in accordance with the Partner agreements (costs) can be found in the current price list. If you have any questions, please contact your management team or if you are located in EMEA, access them here:
From January 2025, training and certificates will be voluntary. Each Partner decides for themselves what is important to them and what they want to focus on. Partner levels can now be achieved without certificates - purely based on revenue.
Please note: Support for cloud and on-premises systems can only be provided by Partners who have valid DTE certificates
- DTE-config and DTE-config-support (for cloud systems) or
- DTE-config and DTE-OP-setup and DTE-OP-support (for on-premises systems)
In addition, only Silver and Gold Partners who have at least one valid DSE certification (DSE-sell and DSE-demo) will be listed on our website in the future (exception: Platinum Partners will be listed without certificates).

DSC certifications from 2024 that have not yet been completed
If you had already started the DSC self-study program, on December 19, 2024, you were notified by email to submit your configurations for evaluation by December 31, 2024. As soon as these have been evaluated, your DSC Base certification will be registered until December 31, 2025. Due to the high number of configurations submitted, the reviews will be completed by the end of January. Thank you for your patience.
If you have started but not yet completed your DSC self-study at the time of the DTE-config course publication, you will automatically be enrolled in the new DTE-config course and can continue working on the certificate here. Once you have successfully completed this course in 2025, this certificate will be valid until December 31, 2026. If this applies to you, you will be informed personally by email.
LMS 2025
The new training courses and course dates, as well as descriptions and the modified LMS structure, based on the new partner concept, will be available from around the end of January. As usual, the LMS can be accessed via My Business or directly via https://academy.docuware.com.
You can still find your previous learning history under "My trainings" and the validity of your certifications in your personal LMS profile.
In the future, three catalogs in the structure of the LMS will make it easier to find the courses you need/want:
- Certification: Courses (classroom training, self-study) to obtain the new certification
- Recertification: Courses (self-study) for recertification
- Optional Resources: e.g. IDP workshops, Workflow Advanced Program, Insights into Trainings etc.
Transfer of existing certifications DSA, DAC, DCC, DSC valid at the end of 2025
Existing certifications will be transferred to the certificates of the new Partner and training concept. The validity date of December 31, 2025, will be retained.
- DSAs receive a DSP certificate.
- DACs receive the DSE-demo and DSE-sell certificates.
- DCCs receive the DSE-demo and DSE-sell certificates.
- DSCs receive the certificates DTE-config, DTE-config-support, DTE-OP-setup and DTE-OP-support.
This applies even though the contents of the new DTE-config-support, DTE-OP-setup and DTE-OP-support certificates were previously only included in a rudimentary form in the previous DSC course. You are free to take these courses from April onwards in order to learn the full scope of the training content. Please note that the respective credit points will be deducted from your company contingent 2025 (for questions, check with your management team for details).
After that, it is up to you which certificate(s) you would like to recertify in the future.
As these changes have to be entered in all systems (LMS, CRM, My Business, etc.) in a coordinated manner, it is not yet clear when this changeover will take place.
