Access to the learning platform in the DocuWare Academy
A login to the learning platform (we sometimes call it the “LMS”) is done via SSO (single sign-on) with your DocuWare ID. As a DocuWare Partner, you need this DocuWare ID for access to:
- Start a DocuWare Cloud trial
- Use the Support Portal
- Partner Portal access
- Access to the Academy Learning Platform
If you need a DocuWare ID, click here for a set of simple instructions on how to get this from the DocuWare main web page. Please note you cannot do this via the LMS.
The period for 2021 recertification has been extended until the end of March
Our policy is that recertification must be completed by the end of the year, i.e., most recently by December 31, 2021. However, we are extending the deadline for you to complete your 2021 recertification until March 31, 2022.
If you still need to do your recertification training, log in at https://academy.docuware.com and go to the "Learning Status" tab. You will see all recertifications that you need to renew. Don't forget to take the exam at the end of each training series (DSC, DAC, DCC, DSC). New content for your 2022 recertification will begin with the DocuWorld 2022 event later this Spring. You will only have access to the 2022 recertification once you have completed the 2021 recertification.
Please note that if you do not yet have a valid certification or it has already expired, you will not be able to participate in recertification courses; you will need to begin again with the Base training.
New Workflow Advanced program goes live in February
As previously announced, we have developed a new Workflow Advanced program that you can take voluntarily and independently of certification and recertification. From mid-February on, you’ll find this offered in the DocuWare Academy online platform course catalog.
It consists of 3 parts. Decide for yourself when and how much you want to work on:
- 6 videos on the topic of arithmetic expressions. If needed, afterwards, you can register for a Q&A Day on this topic.
- 9 Videos with How-To on Workflow Designer. If needed, afterwards, you can also attend a Q&A Day on this topic.
- Exercise Day
To deepen your knowledge, you will spend a day working in groups on a complex task and presenting and discussing your solution approaches to the larger group. For a spot in this course, you must first pass an admission test.
