The period for 2021 recertification has been extended until the end of March
Our policy is that recertification must be completed by the end of the year, i.e., most recently by December 31, 2021. However, we are extending the deadline for you to complete your 2021 recertification until March 31,2022.
If you still need to do your recertification training, log in at https://academy.docuware.com and go to the "Learning Status" tab. You will see all recertifications that you need to renew. Don't forget to take the exam at the end of each training series (DSC, DAC, DCC, DSC).
New content for your 2022 recertification will begin with the DocuWorld 2022 event later this Spring. You will only have access to the 2022 recertification once you have completed the 2021 recertification.
Please note that if you do not yet have a valid certification or it has already expired, you will not be able to participate in recertification courses; you will need to begin again with the Base training.
New trainings information tab on the academy website
Once logged in to https://academy.docuware.com you will find a new tab named: Trainings. This new tab provides answers to the most asked questions regarding training. Here are a few examples: participation requirements, self-study, course booking, preparing your PC, training tips, course prices and how to handle cancellation. Take a look when you have a moment, there are a lot of details you may not know.
The VM tab information has been updated
Once logged into https://academy.docuware.com you will find updates in the VM tab to links, instructions, and information you need to prepare and use the DocuWare VM in training courses or for software presentations.
Current system requirements for your VM and the rules for training participation are also available.
Customer (User) Administrator Trainings
Our user Administrator Training course provide in-depth knowledge for configuring and using DocuWare and its most frequently used modules. These are three-day courses. Here are the dates for 2022’s scheduled courses: February 8-10, April 19-21, July 12-14 and October 4-5. Learn more here.
