Last opportunity to extend your certification until the end of 2024
Did you do your recertification training(s) this year in the LMS? (https://academy.docuware.com).
- To extend your certificates until the end of 2024, all 3 parts including the associated exams must be successfully completed by December 31, 2023.
- An extension, as in previous years due to the corona-related circumstances and after affects, will not be possible this year!
- Please keep in mind that according to the Partner contract, if you miss your recertification, you will need to start over by completing the Base Program again.
If you wish to renew both your Sales (DAC, DSA, DCC) and Technical (DSC) certifications, you will need to complete both learning paths.
Where do I find my 2023 recertification?
If you are eligible for recertification, meaning you have a current certification with an expiration date of 12/31/2023, you can access your recertification from your personal learning status in the top navigation of the LMS. You have been automatically booked for this.
How do I unlock access to What's New in 7.9 (Part 3)?
Confirm that you have completed the first What's New in this year by clicking on the check mark displayed in the What's new in 7.8 (Part 1) course.
When can I download my certificate?
Once you have completed all 3 parts of your recertification, automatic background workflows will begin to evaluate, assign, and renew the correct certificates for you. You will automatically be enrolled in the certificate course. This may take up to 2 hours; you may need to check your learning status later again if it doesn’t appear right away. To finally activate the certificate creation, click on the last learning content (link) in the certificate course.
Course dates 2024
The planning of the courses for the first half of 2024 is almost complete. Implementation in the LMS will start shortly.
The new course dates will be available as usual in the catalogue beginning on January 1, 2024, accessible via the top navigation of the LMS (https://academy.docuware.com).
Please advise your new colleagues to carefully read all the information on training courses, booking processes and rules in the "Home", "Training" and "FAQ" tabs beforehand.
