The latest update of the DocuWare app makes it possible to work with index tables on your mobile phone. View and change entries, add or delete rows – all easy, even while on the go!
Index tables are particularly important when processing incoming invoices. Individual items can be mapped in DocuWare using index tables (also called table fields) and assigned to different cost centers, as an example. Learn more about the split booking process.
For anyone who’d like to approve invoices on their mobile device and keep an eye on invoice items, this new update of the DocuWare app is the ticket: individual entries of table fields can be conveniently viewed and changed, new lines inserted or existing ones deleted.
Working with table fields on the mobile phone is possible both in the context of workflow decisions and separate from workflows, with full access to archived documents and their complete index entries.
The update is now available for Android and iOS.
