DocuWare storageRobot offers extended automatic import of files into DocuWare baskets and file cabinets for complex requirements such as (S)FTP sources, UnZIP, database queries, XML, and clipping. With DocuWare docXporter, you can automatically export documents and index data from DocuWare file cabinets to the file system. Supported outputs: original file format, ZIP, single PDF (with/without annotations) and index data based on definable templates; literally any format.
Both products support you with their special range of functions to manage even unusual scenarios for customers when importing and exporting data and documents. They can be used as connector to a DocuWare Cloud or on-premises system.
