To create a cloud organization, it’s key to set it up under the name of a customer/prospect. This is important because we cannot assign cloud organizations that are created using the name of the DocuWare Partner to a customer/prospect.
Please also note:
- Existing configurations cannot be transferred to a new cloud organization.
- When creating a cloud organization, remember to select the correct pre-configuration. It isn’t possible to add it at a later stage.
- Access data may not be sent in accordance with GDPR. If access data is missing, the "Forget Password" function must be used.
