It just got a lot easier to create cloud test deployments for yourself or your customers from the Partner Portal (see image below).
The first link helps you set up a prospective customer and assists with creating their test cloud trial. This enables you to collect the data necessary to create the needed configuration. All settings you create in this test version can then be transferred to a customer’s valid cloud contract when an order is placed. The desired URL is already assigned to the customer.
The second link is used to create a cloud test version for a Partner’s staff to try out or prepare presentations. This test version is then assigned directly to the Partner’s contract and not for use with potential customers. For example, these systems cannot be later assigned to a customer.
